NBSISJ operates as a Transnational Intergovernmental Organization, established by the Act of Accession to the United Organization, No - 108/2024, and is registered with the Planning Commission, Government of India under Vide No. WB/2014/0074603. We are also recognized under the Indian Registration Act-1908, Vide No. IV-30. Our Mission At NBSISJ, our mission is to uphold the highest principles of transparency, accountability, and social equity.
The organization shall perform for youth & woman empowerment programmes and for the Development for weaker sections of society.
The organization shall work to protect the ecosystem, wild life, water, tree and Environment etc. globally.
The organization shall work for labor rights.
The organization shall work for protection & interest for Janajati, i.e, particularly for ST (very ancient class of people) like jaroa, congo, kol, bhil, munda, hari, hore, sabra, hunza, khasiya, santalect community.
The organization shall work for correctional matters for those people who are suffering by false and fake cases.
The organization shall work for anti pollution awareness and Global warming issues.
Provide techno-managerial & financial support to women, for empowering their position on Socio-Economic status in the society.
Set up special welfare programmers for weaker sections of our society through the Micro Credit/Micro Finance/ Micro Saving concept, as per the Law of Country in concern.
Set the service of Ambulance for weaker sections of the society.
Awareness about some of the deadliest diseases like AIDS, cancer and HIV is created amongst the people by running and setting up camps all through the country.
Provide education towards Slum, poor and street children, free of cost at secondary, primary and higher secondary levels at the schools established by the Trust.
In the remote villages, facilities for drinking water are also provided.
In various parts of rural India, medical camps are run free of cost regularly.
Children from the slum are provided nutritious food and that too free of cost.
Promote AYURVEDIC and herbal medicines and plantation as also to manufacture and distribute the products among the people for propagation of ayurvedic knowledge system and research.
The organization shall have rights for work against human organ transmission & human trafficking globally.
Promote and set up an expert committee who looks after in respect of child labor as well as Human Rights in the Jurisdiction of Union of India/Republic of India and abroad to work & fight globally.
To consolidate, strengthen and make invincible the global Human fraternity by following the eternal and universal life values based on "Sanatan Dharma and Human ethics" and work for total welfare of humanity on the basis of the unique cultural ethos of "Bharatvarsha".
We help the govt. to fulfill its objects and help to get successful implementation of various Govt. programs & projects.

The organization shall have rights to attend and/or Establish International Court of Law, Tribunal and any other Global organization as per the law of The Union of India & International protocol for global issues.
The organization shall form necessary Committees to perform as per objectives to upliftment of the society.
The organization shall have rights to enter any Suit/case related to deprive class of people rights by directing FIR & PIL.
The organization shall have right for enquiry of any case for victim and victim organizations in this Country of India & globally.
The organization shall have rights to organize Nation & Global workshop, meeting, conference and work extensively for people rights.
The organization shall have rights towards fighting for Social victim(s) globally.
The organization shall have authority to work in association of Govt. of India, as well as State Governments in any Economical issues and also towards any kind of investigations as per Law and protocol.
Organization shall have privileges to suggest to Govt. on the basis of sample collection & research within the Society.
Fight against an identified official who is indulging corruption in his capacity.
Organization shall have the right to open research institutions for formal education, informal education, non-Formal Education, professional education, Scientific Research & religious purpose.
NBSI&SJ will have its own official news Channel (social, print, electronic media) prevention and eviction self-reliance through proper education, employment, vocational training, khadi works and handicraft works.
Derive out evils prevailing in the social customs like premature marriage, untouchability, castes, Satidaha etc. and aware people about those evils.
Grant relief to needy & marginal people in Society afflicted with earthquakes, famine and/or floods and/or fire or other calamity of a similar nature and benevolent donations to Relief Societies, Sevashram, Sanghas and other Institutions or person or persons doing relief work for the relief to such people.
To lodge F.I.R or complain to police or concerned administration against any corruptions or forgery against any person(s) who is/are involved with such corruptions/forgery.
We fight against any type of forgery regarding lands, education, electricity, finance, forgery in the panchayati-Raj, panchayat-samiti, zila parishad administration as well as in the case of agriculture, roads, mining. irrigation, cultivation etc
We accept written complaints from general public, private or government institutions or officials regarding corruption and will take legal action for the purpose.
We actively work against the adulteration of food and the misuse of governmental power and laws to create a just and fair society.
We file PILs in courts to advocate for social justice and serve the greater public interest.
Our organization submits detailed social investigation reports to relevant authorities and presses for the prosecution of corrupt individuals.
Let the government employees do their duties as per administrative rules.
We defend the rights of workers who face oppression or exploitation by government or semi-government organizations.
We stand by honest and responsible government officers who uphold ethical standards in their professional duties.
We work to ensure government officials adhere to administrative rules and responsibly utilize public funds, promoting a culture of accountability.
We investigate and address cases of forgery in sectors like land, education, electricity, and finance to uphold the rule of law.
